Trips Good for Eisen

Level 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Daniel Rezaei raised to 80,000 in the cutoff and was called by Erik Eisen on the button, Jon Kyte in the small blind, and Roeland Peeks in the big blind.

The flop came 587 and it checked around to Eisen, who bet 90,000. Kyte called, Peeks folded, and Rezaei decided to stick around.

The turn brought the 8 and it checked to Eisen again, who bet 155,000. Kyte and Rezaei called once more.

Action checked through on the Q river and Kyte was the first to table his cards with 76. Rezaei mucked and Eisen turned over 98 for trip eights.

"Thank God a nine didn't come," said Kyte as the pot was pushed Eisen's way.
