Jason Daly had been left short after he was scooped in three-way action by James Tilton and Bryan Pimlott. In the very next hand, he bet all the way against Ivan Schertzer and was all-in on sixth street with a pair of eights in the hole.
Schertzer had a low already and hit the trey in the end to make a seven-high straight to secure the knockout, leaving Daly drawing dead. Also no longer in contention are Peter Placey and Sam Snead Sweilem while Allen Kessler has a fraction of the starting stack left.
