Kelsall Loses It All In Two Hands

Level 8
Andrew Kelsall
Andrew Kelsall

Jared Rubin: 47 / 8245 / K
David Lin: XxXx / A3K6 folded on sixth street
Andrew Kelsall: 68Xx / 6529
Nick Guagenti: Q99 / Q4102

Jared Rubin bet sixth street to force out David Lin while Andrew Kelsall and Nick Guagenti called. Guagenti check-called a bet by Rubin on seventh and Kelsall also came along to announce two pair but already mesh his board. Guagenti had queens and nines for the high while Rubin took down the low.

David Lin: Q105 / 7296
Andrew Kelsall: XxXx / J5Q10 / Xx
Nick Guagenti: XxXx / JKK5 / Xx

That hand left Kelsall on a severe short stack and he was then already all-in on fifth street against Lin and Guagenti. The latter bet his pair of kings on fifth and Lin called. Another bet and call followed on sixth before Guagenti check-called seventh.

"I have a flush," Lin announced and his queen-high diamond flush was good. Guagenti mucked his cards and said he had kings and jacks, Kelsall briefly exposed two pair that were no good either before heading out of the tournament area.
