On a turn of Q♥7♥4♣2♦, Youness Barakat checked and then called a bet of 90,000 by Robert Cowen for the vast majority of the pot size. They headed to the 9♦ river on which Barakat checked again.

Cowen bet 125,000, and that sent Barakat deep into the tank. He took off his glasses, put them on top of his head to carefully look at his opponent and the board. Two time bank extensions expired before Barakat opted to fold.

After the hand was over, Naoya Kihara joined the same table.
