Labranche Doubles then Kelly Busts

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

It was a rough sequence of hands for Conor Kelly as a clash with both Jonah Labranche and Petre Ionescu left him chipless as he exited the tournament.

Mitchell Hynam began the first hand with an open to 120,000 from under the gun. Conor Kelly went all-in for 1,110,000 from the next seat over before his neighbor Jonah Labranche also went all-in for 1,055,000. Hynam folded as Kelly and Labranche went to a showdown with Labranche at risk.

Labranche held on the 28365 runout to double through Kelly and leave Kelly on crumbs.

Kelly shipped his final 55,000 the very next hand from under the gun before Petre Ionescu made it 165,000 from the hijack. Hynam defended his big blind as Kelly was at risk, while Ionescu and Hynam played a side pot.

Hynam checked the 722 flop before Ionescu continued for 125,000. Hynam called.

The 10 turn led to another check from Hynam. Ionescu followed with a bet of 225,000 before Hynam folded and sent Ionescu and Kelly to a showdown.

Kelly had no hope of improving to win the hand, making the 5 river procedural as Kelly was eliminated from contention.
