Fernando Romano: A♣10♥
Vasileios Panagiotidis J♣J♦
Panagiotidis was well ahead, with Romano hunting for an ace to stay in contention.
The flop was in favor of Panagiotidis when it came 9♦7♠4♣ to keep him in front.
Romano gained some outs on the 6♣ turn as he could hit an eight for a straight, but that did not come to pass on the K♠ river as Romano was sent to the exit.
