Jose Aguilera Eliminated in 11th Place ($91,740)
Level 32
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Jose Aguilera opened to 600,000 from under the gun to start the hand. Chahn Jung three-bet to 1,850,000 on the button. Aguilera four-bet jammed for approximately 5,700,000 and was called by Jung to be at risk as they went to a showdown.
Jose Aguilera: A♦4♦
Chahn Jung: A♣Q♣
Jung had Aguilera gasping for air as he held the superior ace with five cards to go.
The 2♠8♠10♦ flop was of no help to Aguilera.
Aguilera would perk up on the 5♦ turn as he gained a flush draw and a straight draw, but it did not come to pass on the 5♠ river as Aguilera would bow out from contention in 11th place.
Aguilera earned $91,740 for his finish.
