Todd Brunson raised in the hijack, Joshua Wang three-bet in the cutoff, and Qinghai Pan tossed in a fourth bet on the button. Brunson and Wang quickly called to the K♣Q♥A♥ flop, which checked to Pan.
He bet, Brunson called, and Wang called all in for his last 1,000. Pan kept firing on the 2♦ turn, seeing Brunson check-call. A final bet by Pan then flew in on the 5♠ river, but Brunson check-folded this time after some thought.
Pan received the side pot as he opened A♠K♠7♦2♠ for two pair, aces and kings. Wang had made a low with his A♦9♦6♠4♠, and was awarded half of the main pot to stay alive.
