Scott Clements opened under the gun, getting Phil Hellmuth in middle position and Jiayi Yao in the big blind along to the 10♠2♥8♠ flop.

Yao checked, Clements bet, and Hellmuth called before Yao folded. Clements then slowed down on the 2♠ turn, checking it over to Hellmuth. Hellmuth bet, seeing Clements toss in calling chips.

The 8♣ river then saw Clements retake the initiative with a bet. Hellmuth quickly called, but he could not beat the A♦A♣J♦8♥ of Clements and mucked his cards.
