Bambrick Folds Two Rivers

Level 21 : Limits 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Ryan Bambrick raised under the gun and called cutoff James Obst's three-bet. The duo checked the J42 flop, prompting Bambrick to bet on the Q turn.

Obst called to the 10 river, which Bambrick checked after some thought. Obst tossed in a bet, sending Bambrick into the tank again. Eventually, the defending champion released his cards to give up on the pot.

On the next deal, Josh Arieh two-bet in the cutoff, and Bambrick defended his big blind. Arieh fired bets on the 7104 flop and A turn, with Bambrick check-calling both times.

Arieh completed his triple barrel on the A river, seeing Bambrick quickly muck his cards to concede back-to-back pots.
