Beasy Wins Small Pot
Level 2
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Joseph Beasy opened to 4,500 from under the gun. Adam Weinraub called out of the small blind, and Benjamin Grise joined out of the big blind to create a three-handed pot.
The 3♣5♣8♠ flop led to a round of checks to bring the 6♥ turn. Weinraub checked before Grise put out a bet of 6,000. Beasy called, but Weinraub folded.
Both players slowed down on the 6♣ river with a round of checks.
Beasy showed A♦Q♠, which was good enough to claim the pot as Grise folded.
