Smiljkovic Flushes Fuchs
Level 18
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
With around 500,000 already in the pot and the board showing A♥9♦5♦Q♦, Daniel Smiljkovic led out for 90,000 from the big blind. Tom Fuchs, under the gun, made the call.
The 2♥ completed the board, and Smiljkovic moved all in, putting Fuchs at risk. Fuchs quickly called and tabled A♣Q♣ for two pair, aces and queens, but Smiljkovic revealed 7♦3♦ for a flush. Fuchs was eliminated, while Smiljkovic added another sizable pot to his growing stack.
