As could have been predicted, Farhad Jamasi with his huge stack – more than a third of the chips in play – is having his way at the final table.
He took down six pots in the first orbit. Four of them came with him bringing it in at the max of 210,000 and the table folding to him.
He won another in a walk from the big blind.
The sixth came when Zachary Fischer brought it in under the gun, and Jamasi, from the small blind, was the only caller.
"I need a doctor to win this hand," Jamasi said after making the call, but as soon as the flop came 3♦9♠J♦, he bet the pot.
Fischer folded.
