Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Sidhu and Lagan checked to Mustafov, who continued with a bet of 20,000. Both blinds called to the 9 turn, and all three players checked.

One last check from Sidhu was met with a bet of 50,000 from Lagan. Mustafov did not take long to fold, while Sidhu did the same and Lagan added more chips to his growing stack.

D'Ambrosio Clocks Out

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Jimmy D'Ambrosio
Jimmy D'Ambrosio

The game at Jimmy D'Ambrosio's table slowed to a crawl when he was the least interested, as he had just 8,000 in chips.

On one hand, Jiyang Gan went deep to determine if he should call a Nick Yunis raise. When the tank reached the "I fold, you show?" stage, someone called for the clock. Gan relinquished the hand.

On the next hand, D'Ambrosio moved all of his chips into the pot and waited for Gan and Xixiang Luo to play out the slow-developing side pot.

With 97 players left and 84 to be in the money, D'Ambrosio joked said, "You guys tank so much that I'm gonna make it to the money with this one big blind."

The flop hit 9K4 and Luo bet 10,000. Gan called.

When the 6 landed on the turn, Luo bet 17,000. Gan raised to 50,000. Luo folded, leaving Gan and D'Ambrosio heads-up.

Jimmy D'Ambrosio: A10All in
Jiyang Gan: A4

Gan had paired the little kicker to his ace. The 3 on the river was inconsequential and D'Ambrosio was done.

Kurganov Shoves Into Aces

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Igor Kurganov raised to 12,000 on the button. After small blind Denys Chufarin got out of the way, Leo Soma three-bet to 44,000 from the big.

Kurganov asked out loud why the raise was to 44,000 instead of 40,000 or 45,000, then shoved all in over the top of it.

Soma, who had the smaller stack with 169,000 chips, quickly threw in a call.

Leo Soma: AAAll in
Igor Kurganov: K10

Kurganov needed help to track down Soma's aces, but the runout 596A8 didn't deliver, and their stacks were flip-flopped.

Keating Busts Boivin

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Alex Keating
Alex Keating

Thomas Boivin raised from under the gun to 12,000, and Alex Keating three-bet to 36,000 as next to act. Boivin then four-bet to 92,000, and Keating stuck in a call.

Boivin led out on the 23Q flop, continuing for 45,000. Keating raised to 100,000, and the call was made.

The dealer flipped over the 7 turn, where both players checked. Boivin took some time after the 6 river and moved all but 10,000 of his stack into the middle.

Keating responded by announcing all in, and Boivin tossed in his final chips while showing down AA. Keating tabled 33 for a set, and Boivin wished the table good luck on his way to the rail.

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Xixiang Luo raised to 12,000 on the button and Jimmy D'Ambrosio defended his big blind with a call.

The flop came 994, and Luo fired out a bet of 6,000, and D'Ambrosio called. The 4 on the turn did not change the betting action and Luo fired out a bet of 10,000.

D'Ambrosio said, "I feel like you're milking me. I have a good hand, but now I don't know," then folded.
