Rheem
Demidov
The flop is
, Demidov's nines still leading. Rheem is looking for an ace or a king to survive... and he hits the
on the turn as the room explodes. Every fan in the theatre is on their feet as the dealer burns and turns the river. The
falls and Rheem doubles up. "Chino! Chino! Chino!" chants the crowd as he rakes in the pot. He's now up to 6,450,000.
The flop is
. Demidov leads out for 3,325,000. Suharto tanks silently for about two minutes before announcing a reraise. Suharto makes it 5 million more to go and Demidov immediately moves all in. Suharto folds less than a minute later and Demidov takes down the monster pot.
Rheem has just 3.5 million left behind his initial raise so this is effectively a raise by Suharto to 4.5 million. Rheem, who jettisoned his white baseball cap about an hour ago in favor of putting his sweatshirt hood over his head, glances at Suharto a few times and asks him a few soft questions, looking for guidance. Suharto is completely ignoring him. After two minutes, Rheem folds.
