Spiegel Busts in Two Hands

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

After a raise, a three-bet to 5,600 and a call by Michael Spiegel in the big blind, initial raiser Eric Polerecky also called and the flop came {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The action checked to the three-bettor and he made it 6,700 to go. Spiegel check-raised all in and Polerecky called for 18,300, forcing out the third player in the hand.

Eric Polerecky: {J-Spades}{9-Spades}
Matthew Spiegel: {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}

Both the {Q-Clubs} turn and {7-Hearts} river bricked and Spiegel was left with dust.

The next hand, Polerecky raised to 2,200 from under the gun and Spiegel shoved for his last 9,800. Timothy Rhoda called in the big blind and Polerecky folded.

Rhoda showed {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and Spiegel stood no chance with {J-Spades}{4-Diamonds} on a board of {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. "Thank you," Polerecky said after the river gave Rhoda a flush, claiming in table chat he folded ace-queen without club.
