Hands #31-34: Austin Buchanan Doubles Up

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #31: David Guay raised to 32,000 from middle position and Kiryl Radzivonau called from middle position. The flop came {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Guay check-called a bet of 40,000 from Radzivonau. The turn was the {10-Spades} and both players checked. The river brought the {A-Diamonds} and Guay led out for 85,000. Radzivonau folded and Guay scooped the pot.

Hand #32: Austin Buchanan shoved all in for 94,000 and everyone folded.

Hand #33: DJ MacKinnon raised to 28,000 from the cutoff and Nipun Java and Guay both called from the blinds. The action was checked all the way to the river with the board reading {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{6-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{A-Spades}. Guay took a shot at the pot with a bet of 44,000 and got both players to fold.

Hand #34: MacKinnon raised to 28,000 from the hijack and Austin Buchanan moved all-in for 124,000 from the big blind. MacKinnon called but was way behind with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} against Buchanan's {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}. The board ran out {8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts} giving no help to MacKinnon. Buchanan got a crucial double-up and is back in the thick of things at the final table.
