Ankush Mandavia Climbing

Level 14 : 1,200-2,400, 0 ante

Ankush Mandavia called from the cutoff, Rick Ellerman called from the button, the small blind called, and the big blind checked.

The flop came {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and action checked around to Mandavia who bet 5,000. Ellerman folded, as did the small blind, and the big blind check-raised to 20,000. Mandavia jammed and the big blind called.

Mandavia tabled {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a strong wrap and the big blind turned over {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for the nut flush draw, a smaller straight draw, and a pair of tens.

The {A-Diamonds} on the turn gave Mandavia Broadway and a diamond flush draw, which completed on the {J-Diamonds} river to give Mandavia the pot, put his stack over the 200,000 chip mark, and eliminate his opponent.
