Allan Le vs. Michael Mizrachi

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

Allan Le raised to 10,000 from under the gun, a player in middle position called, and Michael Mizrachi called from the small blind.

The flop came {Q-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and all three players checked.

The turn brought the {8-Spades} and Mizrachi bet 30,000. Le called and the middle-position player folded.

The {A-Diamonds} fell on the river and Mizrachi checked. Le checked behind and Mizrachi tabled {Q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for queens and eights. Le mucked and Mizrachi took the pot, putting him over the 400,000-chip mark.

Quads Are Good

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Yosuke Sekiya raised to 14,000 from under the gun and Gary Bolden, who was next to act, called to put his short stack at risk. The player in the cutoff three-bet to 36,000, Sekiya shoved, the cutoff called, and the three players tabled their hands.

Sekiya: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Bolden: {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Cutoff: {Q-}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-}

Bolden needed help from the deck in order to triple up, and he got it when the board ran out {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} to give him quad sevens. Sekiya took the side pot with sevens full of kings to the cutoff's sevens full of queens.

Bowers: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Gardenhire: {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and the river {3-Spades}.

Rumen Nanev Finds Aces

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Nadar Kakhmazov opened for 12,000 and action folded to Rumen Nanev who moved all in for 38,500.

There were one or two seemingly interested parties but they declined the offer and it was back on Kakhmazov who called.

Nanev: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Kakhmazov: {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}

The board ran out {5-Clubs}{j-Spades}{q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and the aces held to double up Nanev.

Jonathan Zarin Felts a Foe

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Alexander Condon opened with a pot-sized raise of 10,500 from early position, Jonathan Zarin called from the button, and the small blind called as well.

The flop came {10-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and the small blind checked. Condon shoved, Zarin reraised pot, and the small blind quickly folded.

Zarin: {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Opponent: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{8-}{6-}

Zarin had the advantage with top two pair and his opponent needed to improve in order to double up. The {8-Hearts} on the turn kept Zarin in the lead and the {2-Clubs} river meant the pot was his.
