Sabbat Wins Big Pot Off Requena

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Joseph Kent raised to 32,000 on the button and Asi Moshe moved all in from the big blind to force a fold.

One table over, a far bigger pot emerged and it was no surprise to see Eddy Sabat involved.

Raul Martinez Requena raised and Sabbat called from the button to see a flop of {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Requena continued for 55,000 and Sabat called before doing so again for 125,000 on the {9-Spades} turn.

After the {10-Spades} river, Requena checked and Sabat made it 307,000 to go. Requena had slightly more than that left behind and took two minutes of consideration before tossing in a single chip. Sabat rolled over {K-Spades}{j-Spades} for the straight and Requena mucked to drop down to around six big blinds.
