board, the big blind was all in, and there was a side pot between Jose Ignacio Barbero and Brian Altman.
The 
hit the river, and Barbero gave a speech about how he wasn't sure what he was supposed to do and who he had or didn't have beat. Eventually, Barbero checked, as did Altman.
The big blind showed 
for a pair of aces, Altman attempted to muck, and Barbero showed 
for a pair of jacks.
Some players at the table pointed out that because a player was all in, Altman wasn't allowed to muck. Since his cards were retrievable, the dealer turned over Altman's 
for queen-high, and the side pot went to Barbero.
