Hands #30-34: Eric Blair Flips For it All

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #30: Vlad Darie raised to 60,000 from middle position and got a call from James Hughes on the button. Eric Blair was in the small blind and moved all in for 525,000. Darie folded and Hughes tank-folded after Michael Gathy called the clock.

Hand #31: Darie limped in from under the gun, as did Thomas Reynolds from the hijack and Reginald Hampton in the small blind. Chris Johnson was in the big blind and checked his option. The flop came {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{6-Spades} and all four players checked to the {5-Diamonds} on the turn. Both blinds checked to Darie and he bet 75,000. Everyone folded.

Hand #32: Johnson limped in from the small blind and Darie tanked before checking his option in the big blind. The flop came {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} and both players checked to the {k-Clubs} on the turn and the {6-Spades} on the river. Johnson led out for 150,000 and Darie tank-folded.

Hand #33: Hughes raised to 65,000 from middle position, Blair three-bet to 160,000 and Hughes tank-folded.

Hand #34: Blair raised to 70,000 from middle position and Johnson asked how much he had behind before putting in a three-bet to 160,000 from the hijack. Blair moved all in and Johnson called.

Blair was at risk with {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} in a coin flip scenario against Johnson's {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. The flop came {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Hearts}, putting Blair in the lead with a pair of kings. The turn was the {q-Diamonds} and Johnson picked up some outs to make a straight. The river was the {7-Clubs} and Blair was able to hold on.
