Hands #5-8: Chop It Up

Hand #5: Thomas Reynolds raised to 75,000 from under the gun and everyone folded.

Hand #6: Michael Gathy called from the small blind and Reynolds checked his option. The flop came {q-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Gathy led out for 25,000. Reynolds called and the turn was the {3-Diamonds}. Gathy check-called a bet of 40,000 and the {k-Hearts} was on the river. Both players checked and Gathy tabled {9-Spades}{5-Hearts} to win the hand.

Hand #7: Reginald Hampton raised to 52,000 and Vlad Darie three-bet to 125,000 getting everyone to fold.

Hand #8: Gathy raised to 50,000 on the button and Eric Blair called from the big blind. Both players checked it down to the river with the board reading {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Blair showed {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} to play the board. Gathy tabled {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and was counterfeit on the river, also playing the board.
