Shak Takes Out Seidel

Level 7 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Erik Seidel went all in from middle position for 3,000 total, Dan Shak raised on the button, and Eric Froehlich called from the small blind.

Froehlich checked dark and then folded when Shak bet on the {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{9-Spades} flop, and the remaining players' cards were turned up.

Seidel: {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Shak: {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}

Seidel was in dire shape and was drawing dead by the {J-Diamonds} turn. The {K-Diamonds} on the river was a mere formality, and Seidel was eliminated.
