Chan Straightens Out Song

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Kevin Song raised from middle position and Terrence Chan defended from the big blind.

On the {8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop, Chan checked, Song bet, Chan raised, Song reraised and Chan called. Chan check-raised again when the {5-Diamonds} landed on the turn and Song just called.

On the {9-Clubs} river, Chan led out and Song made the call.

Chan turned over {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for the nut straight and Song took a while before he mucked. Shaun Deeb commented to Chan, "That's the board you must have been looking for."
