Forrest Makes the First Step

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Down to just 10,000, Ted Forrest posted the ante and received the {2-Hearts}. He paid his last 5,000 for the bring-in, and Max Pescatori completed. Ernest Bohn came along and forced Pescatori out on fourth street.

Ted Forrest: {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} / {2-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{4-Clubs} / {2-Spades}
Ernest Bohn: {2-Clubs}{6-Clubs} / {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Spades} / {6-Spades}

Bohn spiked sixes on seventh street, but Forrest improved to two pair to win the high part of the pot. Forrest scored what was essentially a triple-up after chopping the antes with Bohn.
