Eric Pratt Eliminated in 15th Place ($5,913)

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Eric Pratt - 14th Place
Eric Pratt - 14th Place

Two players limped in before Eric Pratt completed with the {9-Diamonds}. Hal Rotholz made it two bets with the {2-Clubs} from the bring-in, and Bill Kohler called both raises after having limped with {3-Spades}. Rotholz continued betting on fourth, fifth, and sixth streets.

Pratt: {x-}{x-}/{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Rotholz: {x-}{x-}/{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Spades}{10-Spades}
Kohler: {x-}{x-}/{3-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

At that point, Kohler raised. Pratt was staring at 60,000 to him, witting with only about 75,000 total. He called, and Pratt called, as well. On the end, Kohler and Rotholz got a series of bets in for a side pot that put Kohler all in but proved pointless.

Kohler excitedly rolled over {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{q-Hearts} for quads, while Rotholz had {6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} for a six-low. Pratt flashed what looked like two aces before mucking.

Magdalinos Down to Two Big Bets

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Dimitrios Magdalinos defended his bring-in against Walter Treccarichi's complete. Fourth street was checked through, but Treccarichi hit a third club on fifth and won the pot with his lead.

Dimitrios Magdalinos: {X-}{X-} / {2-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} (folded on fifth street)
Walter Treccarichi: {X-}{X-} / {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

Magdalinos is now down to roughly 50,000 and will have to make a move soon.

Bohn Doubles Through Rotholz

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Ernest Bohn defended his bring-in with the {4-Spades} when Hal Rotholz completed with the {5-Diamonds}. Rotholz proceeded to bet every street, with Bohn calling him down until his last few chips were in the middle on seventh.

Bohn: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} / {4-Spades}{8-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Rotholz: {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} / {5-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

Sevens up beat sixes up, and Bohn doubled up.

Magdalinos Finally in His Seat

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Dimitrios Magdalinos has finally taken his seat. Meanwhile, Walter Treccarichi just scooped a sizable pot in a hand against Don Zewin.

Don Zewin: {X-}{X-} / {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Clubs} / {X-}
Walter Treccarichi: {X-}{X-} / {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{3-Diamonds} / {X-}

Zewin led out on fifth, and then check-called on sixth and seventh. Treccarichi showed {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for a flush, taking three bets from Zewin.

Jack Rosenfeldt Eliminated in 16th Place ($5,913)

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante
Jack Rosenfeldt
Jack Rosenfeldt

Jack Rosenfeldt completed with the {5-Hearts}, Bill Kohler raised from the bring-in with {2-Clubs}, and Rosenfeldt put in all but his last T1,000 chip on another raise. Kohler called and they got the rest in on fourth.

Rosenfeldt: {6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} / {5-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Kohler: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts} / {2-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{8-Spades}

Rosenfeldt turned over a {j-Spades} on the river, serving only to block Kohler's out. But Kohler picked up the {a-Spades} anyway to make aces up for the win, and Rosenfeldt is the days first elimination.

Magdalinos Still Missing

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Dimitrios Magdalinos still hasn't arrived and his stack has already dropped below 100,000.
