Peters Takes from Reichenstein

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

A three-bet pot emerged between Uri Reichenstein in the cutoff and Tobias Peters on the button. Reichenstein checked the {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and Peters bet 97,000, which Reichenstein called. Both players checked the {5-Spades} on the turn and Reichenstein then bet the {3-Diamonds} river for 180,000.

Peters quickly tossed in a single chip for the call and Reichenstein briefly flashed his {9-Spades}{7-Spades} for a busted straight and flush draw, but sent his cards into the muck as soon as Peters tabled {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}. "You could have gotten it all if you bet the turn," Reichenstein added.

Duy Ho Eliminated in 21st Place ($8,428)

Duy Ho
Duy Ho

Hand 1

On a flop of {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}, Duy Ho in the big blind and Zachary Gruneberg got their stacks in with Gruneberg at risk of elimination.

Zachary Gruneberg: {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}
Duy Ho: {A-Spades}{6-Spades}

The {10-Hearts} on the turn gave Ho some more outs, but the {4-Diamonds} river was a blank and Gruneberg doubled for 361,000.

Hand 2

Down to 180,000, Ho was on the button soon after and Bryan Emory pushed from the hijack. Ho called all in and the blinds got out of the way.

Duy Ho: {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Bryan Emory: {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

The {7-Clubs} appeared right in the window and the rest of the board ran out {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{4-Spades} to eliminate Ho in 21st place for $8,428.

Foggin Takes Two Hits

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

With more than 150,000 in the middle and the flop showing {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}, Marc Foggin check-shoved into a continuation bet by Duy Ho and the latter called for 281,000 with {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}. Foggin only had {K-}{10-} and the {6-Diamonds} turn and {4-Clubs} river changed nothing whatsoever.

Soon after, Foggin raised from the button for 36,000 and Zachary Gruneberg shoved for 210,000 in the small blind. Foggin quickly called and they tabled the following cards.

Zachary Gruneberg: {A-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Marc Foggin: {J-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The board came {A-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Gruneberg doubled with two pair. Foggin's stack was cut in half after those two hands were done and dusted.
