Yamron Triples Up

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Dario Sammartino raised to 7,500 first to act and got a call from Sean Remz on the button. Bruce Yamron potted for all but his last T$1,000 chip in the small blind, and both Sammartino and Remz called. Yamron put in his last 1,000 blind and both Sammartino and Remz called on the {j-Spades}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop. Sammartino checked the {7-Spades} turn and Remz bet 45,000. Sammartino called. Both checked the {j-Diamonds} river.

"Flush," Sammartino said, tabling {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Spades}.

Remz couldn't beat it, but Yamron certainly could as he had {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for jacks full.
