Hands #36-40: Phillips Wins Four Out of Five

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #36: Samuel Phillips raised to 90,000 from under the gun and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #37: Everone folded to Phillips in the big blind.

Hand #38: Andy Frankenberger raised to 100,000 from middle position, and Phillips re-raised to 255,000 from the small blind. Frankenberger folded, and Phillips won another hand.

Hand #39: Brandon Ageloff raised to 90,000, from early position and Yanki Koppel three-bet to 265,000 from the hijack. Ageloff folded, and Koppel won the pot.

Hand #40: Phillips raised to 90,000 from the cutoff, and both Ian Steinman and Mikhail Rudoy defended their blinds. The flop came {q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, and the action was checked to Phillips, who bet 130,000. Steinman folded, and Rudoy called to see the {7-Hearts} land on the turn. Rudoy checked again, and Phillips bet 275,000, forcing Rudoy to fold his hand.
