Le Cracks Aces to Double

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Hani Mio limped from the hijack, and Tommy Le raised the pot to 520,000 from the cutoff. Scott Clements three-bet the pot, and Mio folded. Le eventually called all in for his last 1,355,000.

Tommy Le: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}
Scott Clements: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}

The {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop gave Le far more outs to remain in contention, and Clements shook his head and turned to the side. After the {A-Spades} turn, Clements improved to top set and blocked the spade outs with his flush draw. However, the {K-Clubs} fell on the river, and that improved Le to a winning flush.

Le also won the blinds the next hand with a raise to 300,000 and jumped back above three million in chips.

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Tommy Le raised to 325,000 from under the gun, and Scott Clements, who was next to act, made a pot-sized three-bet to 1,155,000. Action folded around to Le, and he went into the tank. Ultimately, he folded, and Clements took the pot.

DeWitt Pots and Wins

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
Jason DeWitt
Jason DeWitt

Jason DeWitt limped from under the gun, Hani Mio was next to act and did the same, as did Tommy Le from the cutoff. Eoghan O'Dea called from the small blind, and Chris Lee checked his option.

The five players saw a flop of {K-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}, and action checked to DeWitt. He bet 600,000, all four of his opponents folded, and he took the pot.

DeWitt Takes a Big One off Mio

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Chris Lee raised to 420,000 from the button, and Hani Mio called in the big blind. The duo checked the {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{5-Spades} flop and the {9-Diamonds} turn, and Mio also checked the {A-Diamonds} river. Mio already wanted to show his cards and exposed them while Lee had not acted yet. Lee then bet 120,000, and Mio folded.

On the button, Jason DeWitt raised to 250,000 in the next hand, and Mio called from the small blind, as did Tommy Le in the big blind.

The {A-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop was checked by all players. On the {6-Hearts} turn, the action checked to DeWitt, and he bet 200,000. Mio check-raised to 400,000, and Le folded, while DeWitt called. The {3-Diamonds} river completed the board, and Mio checked. DeWitt made it 1,100,000 to go, and Mio quickly tossed in a chip for the call.

DeWitt turned over {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for the nut flush and scooped a big pot to get almost even in chips with Mio.

DeWitt Wins With a River Raise

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Jason DeWitt raised to 250,000 from the button, and Tommy Le called from the big blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}, and both players checked. The turn brought the {8-Hearts}, and Le bet 500,000, sending DeWitt into the tank. After about a minute, he called. The {10-Spades} fell on the river, and Le bet 500,000 again. After a few more moments in the tank, DeWitt min-raised to 1,000,000. Le quickly folded, and DeWitt took the pot.

Eoghan O'Dea Eliminated in 6th Place ($143,128)

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
Eoghan O'Dea
Eoghan O'Dea

Eoghan O'Dea raised to 420,000, and Hani Mio, on the button, announced a re-raise for the size of the pot. Once the action was back on O'Dea, he called all in for what appeared to be 1,025,000, and the cards were turned over.

Eoghan O'Dea: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Hani Mio: {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

"King ball. A king for the king," Mio's rail demanded. The flop fell {K-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}, and Mio did indeed spike a king to take the lead. O'Dea had a flush draw but failed to get there on the {6-Diamonds} turn and {2-Diamonds} river to join the rail in 6th place for $143,128.

All five remaining players are now guaranteed at least $197,533.

Le Cracks Aces Again, Triples Stack

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Jason DeWitt raised to 250,000, and Tommy Le called on the button. Scott Clements three-bet the pot to 1,120,000 in the small blind. DeWitt re-raised the pot to 3,610,000, and Le called all in for far less. Clements asked how much more he had to call and also inquired about Le's stack size. Le was all in for 1,190,000, and Clements eventually folded.

Tommy Le: {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Jason DeWitt: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}

"Oh, you have aces?" Clements joked.

The flop came {K-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, and Le improved to two pair. The {3-Hearts} turn gave DeWitt a straight draw, but the blank {8-Diamonds} river changed nothing to let Le more than triple up his stack.

Le vs. DeWitt

Level 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Jason DeWitt raised to 250,000 from the button, and Tommy Le called from the big blind.

The flop came {5-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}, and Le checked. DeWitt bet 225,000, and Le called. Both players checked the {K-Hearts} turn and {6-Clubs} river.

Le tabled {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for two pair, which was good enough to win the pot.
