Bowker All But Busts Noori

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

Kyle Bowker got locked in a hand with Mike Noori with the former pairing aces on fifth and the latter pairing kings. It was Noori taking the betting lead after Bowker checked to him, and Bowker called. Bowker then took the lead again with a bet after getting three to a wheel.

Bowker: {x-}{x-}/{a-Hearts}{5-Spades}{a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Noori: {x-}{x-}/{k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Noori called this time, and he called a final bet on the end for all but his last 800.

Bowker showed {a-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades} for trip aces and a low. Noori had {k-Hearts}{q-Spades} in the hole and revealed a useless {10-Hearts} on the river.

"Catch the ace on the end?" he asked.

Bowker said he had it the whole way. Noori busted a couple of hands later.
