Stud Hi-Lo

"I cannot check, boys," Ivo Donev said.

That's because he had caught a second low card on fourth street, while both David Bach and Scott Seiver caught high cards to go with their deuces. Seiver called Donev's bet, and Bach raised. Donev called, as did Seiver. Donev caught good again and bet fifth, and this time, only Bach called.

Seiver: {x-}{x-}/{2-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts} - fold
Bach: {x-}{x-}/{2-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Donev: {x-}{x-}/{4-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{k-Spades}

Donev bet sixth and got another call from Bach. On seventh, Donev bet again, and Bach went into the tank. After about a minute, he announced a call.

Donev opened {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for a seven-six low and a pair of sevens. Bach could beat neither hand.
