"WhyTry" opened from middle position with a raise to 71,400, and "Javatinii" called in the big blind.

The flop came down {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. "Javatinii" checked over to "WhyTry", who bet 66,666. "Javatinii" check-raised to 176,500, and "WhyTry" called. The turn was the {10-Diamonds}, and "Javatinii" continued with a bet of 268,300. "WhyTry" called again. On the {q-Clubs} river, "Javatinii" bet 570,600, and once again, "WhyTry" called.

"Javatinii" showed {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for eights full, while "WhyTry" had turned a straight with {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. "Javatinii" took the massive pot and moved into the chip lead.

Tara "BeatrixKiddo" Cain opened with a raise to 72,000. Next to act was "pipedream16", who, after a rough level, was down to just over 300,000. They raised to 235,533, and action folded back to Cain, who re-raised to 399,066, enough to put "pipedream16" all in. "pipedream16" called, and the two headed to a showdown.

"Javatinii" opened under the gun with a raise to 56,000. Next to act was "topkoks", and he re-raised to 147,545. Action folded around, and "Javatinii" called.

The flop came {Q-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, and "Javatinii" checked. "topkoks" checked behind, and the {Q-Diamonds} came on the turn. "Javatinii" checked again, but this time, "topkoks" bet 151,474. "Javatinii" called. The river was the {8-Clubs}, and "Javatinii" checked for a third time. "topkoks" jammed all in, and "Javatinii" dropped into the tank. It wasn't until the very end of their timebank that they called.

"topkoks" turned over {A-Spades}{9-Spades} for just ace-high, while "Javatinii" was holding {K-Spades}{J-Spades}.

With that pot, "Javatinii" moved into the chip lead, while the hot run of "topkoks" ended in a 20th-place finish.
