Adams Finds a Double on the Secondary Feature Table

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Brandon Adams
Brandon Adams

Brandon Adams found himself all in and at risk before the flop. He was holding {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} aginst Albert Daher's {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. Adams was all in for roughly 25,000, and Daher had called with a covering stack.

The flop came down {7-Spades}{4-Spades}{8-Spades}, not helping either player and offering no extra outs to Adams. The {8-Clubs} on the turn was a blank as well. Fortunately for Adams, the river was the {Q-Spades} and that gave him the two pair he needed to double up through Daher and to keep him alive in the tournament.
