Berger Takes One Down; Chan Short

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Daiva Byrne keeps grinding her short stack on a table with a tough draw versus Seth Berger and Sonny Franco. Berger got into a three-bet pot with Andrzej Rogowski in a battle small blind versus button and the duo checked the {K-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop. On the {2-Clubs} turn, Berger bet 15,000 and that won the pot.

One table over, the flop showed {K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Franco Mancini check-raised from 12,000 to 42,000. Terrence Chan was his sole opponent and had around 30,000 behind after his bet. Ultimately, Chan folded and Mancini showed him his cards, which the dealer than exposed to everyone - it was the {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for middle set.
