The Good Ol' Cold Four-Bet Call-Off With Eight-Five

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Neil Patel was seated in early position and opened for what appeared to be 30,000. His neighbor, Yuan-Yuan Li, three-bet to 83,000 and the action folded to Yo-Seb Rhee in the big blind.

The Japanese player cold four-bet to 300,000 and action was on Patel. Patel shoved all in for 624,000 and Li folded. Rhee instantly grabbed a pile of 25,000 chips, dangled them above the felt for a just a couple of seconds, and called rather quickly.

Patel: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}
Rhee: {5-Spades}{8-Spades}

The flop came {J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} and Patel said, "I can work with that."

He almost jinxed it as the {9-Spades} hit the turn, making Rhee and some on the rail excited. The river, however, was the {3-Hearts}, and Patel doubled.
