Pham Bombs the River

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

Benjamin Pollak raised to 280,000 from early position, and Christian Pham decided to defend his big blind.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, and Pham checked. Pollak bet 325,000, and Pham quickly called. The turn was the {8-Diamonds}, and both players checked to the {9-Spades} on the river. Pham cut out some chips but them put them back into his stack. After about another minute, he put out a bet of 1,300,000. Pollak quickly folded.
