Secondary Table Hands #93-95: Salas Chips Up

Level 34 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #93: Benjamin Pollak raised to 950,000 from under the gun and Richard Gryko defended his big blind. On a flop of {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}, Gryko checked and Pollak's continuation bet of 850,000 won the pot.

Hand #94: Salas made it 900,000 to go from under the gun and Jack Sinclair on the button, and Pollak in the big blind both called. The flop came {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs}. After Pollak checked, a bet from Salas of 1,100,000 forced folds from both opponents.

Hand #95: Pollak raised it up to 1,300,000 from the small blind and Salas called in the big blind. The flop fell {Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Pollak bet 800,000. Salas called. Pollak also bet the {7-Spades} turn for 2,250,000 and Salas called once more. After the {9-Clubs} river, both players checked and Pollak shook his head, then tabled {4-Spades}{3-Clubs} for a missed straight draw.

Salas celebrated and claimed the pot with {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the nut flush.
