Hyon Kim raised to 205,000 from early position, Gregory Goldberg three-bet to 550,000 from the big blind, and Kim called after about three minutes.

The flop came down {K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Goldberg bet 450,000. Kim called, the {5-Diamonds} turn fell, and Goldberg shoved for effectively 970,000. Kim tanked for another four minutes before he called all in with {K-Spades}{Q-Spades} for kings and fives. Goldberg showed {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} for aces and fives.

The river was the {5-Spades}, no help to Kim, ending his Main Event in 76th place.

Sinclair Takes Multi-Way Pot

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Jack Sinclair raised to 180,000 from early position and he got calls from Artan Dedusha in the hijack, Joshua Horton in the cutoff, and Michael Krasienko in the big blind. The four players saw a flop of {7-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. Krasienko checked to Sinclair, who bet out 300,000. Dedusha and Horton tagged along to see the {Q-Spades} hit the turn. The three players checked around, and the {K-Hearts} came on the river.

Sinclair went for a bet of 650,000, and neither Dedusha or Horton could call to get to showdown, giving the pot to Sinclair.

Blanco Takes a Chunk Out of Senat

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Jesus Blanco raised to 175,000 in middle position and Paul Senat called in late position. The remaining players folded and it was heads up to the flop of {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. Blanco checked, Senat bet 300,000, and Blanco called. Both players checked the {J-Hearts} turn, and the river was the {5-Diamonds}. This time, Blanco bet 425,000. Senat cut the amount out of his stack and after several seconds, he called.

Blanco tabled {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a straight on the river to take the pot, leaving Senat with around 10 big blinds.

Hand #1: Robert Schulz raised to 180,000 and Jonas Mackoff three-bet to 525,000. Schulz asked for his stack size and called to see a flop of {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Both players checked and the {6-Clubs} fell on the turn. Schulz bet 680,000 and Mackoff folded.

Hand #2: Schulz raised from under the gun and Reed Hensel and Richard Dubini in the blinds called. The flop of {Q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} went check, check, and Hensel bet 250,000. Dubini called and Schulz folded. Both players checked again the {4-Diamonds} on the river and Hensel won the pot with {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}.

Hegele Moves Further Ahead

Robin Hegele hit 13 million after a hand with Alexandre Reard.

Hegele opened the button to 200,000 and Reard defended the big blind. The flop was {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Reard checked. Hegele bet 170,000 and Reard called.

The turn was the {q-Clubs} and Reard checked again. Hegele over-bet the pot, betting 1,000,000 into the roughly 800,000 pot. Reard called.

The river was the {9-Hearts} and Reard checked a third time. Hegele bet 850,000 and Reard called again. Hegele quickly showed {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Reard folded.

[Removed:508] raised to 200,000 from early position and Eric Berman pushed all in for 645,000 on the button. Crivello asked for a count and then called with {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. Berman showed {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and would need to connect with the board to stay alive.

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Crivello's pair of deuces held up to eliminate Berman.

Matthias De Meulder Eliminated in 78th Place ($85,482)

With about 1,200,000 in the pot on a board reading {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, David Guay led out for 785,000 from the cutoff. Matthias De Meulder was on the button and thought for a moment before deciding to call.

The river was the {k-Hearts}. Guay paused for about a minute and then moved all in, having De Meulder covered. De Meulder went into the tank for several minutes, thinking about what to do with his remaining 1,530,000 chips. He looked at Guay and then at the clock. Eventually, he called.

Guay tabled {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} for sixes full of kings and De Meulder flashed {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} before tossing his cards into the muck and heading for the payout desk.

De Meulder collected $85,482 for his deep run, finishing in 78th place.

Gryko and Dipascale Go to War

Joseph Dipascale opened for a raise in middle position and got a call from Artan Dedusha in the cutoff. Big blind Richard Gryko came along as well, seeing a {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. Dipascale bet 155,000 and Gryko made it 390,000 after Dedusha mucked. Dipascale came back with 875,000, and Gryko responded with another raise, this time making it 1,390,000. Dipascale folded after about 30 seconds.

Big River Bet Gets Through for Marvin

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Joshua Marvin opened with a raise from middle position to 175,000. Christian Pham called on the button.

The flop came down {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Marvin led out, betting 210,000. Pham called and the two headed to the {7-Hearts} turn. On the turn, Marvin slowed down a bit. Pham then put out a bet of 450,000. Marvin called.

On the {A-Spades} river, Marvin led out, putting in a big bet of 1,150,000, which was just a little bit less than half of Pham's remaining stack. Pham thought for nearly three minutes before he finally folded and Marvin was awarded the pot.
