Outer Table Hands #60-61: Blumstein Wins Three-Bet Pot Against Oliveira

Level 33 : 150,000/300,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #60: Scott Blumstein raised to 625,000 and got three-bet to 2.1 million by Pedro Oliveira, who was in the small blind. Blumstein called to see {8-Spades}{j-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Oliveira bet 2.6 million and Blumstein called. Oliveira bet 4.2 million on the {2-Hearts} turn and Blumstein called. Both were quick to check the {3-Hearts} river, and Oliveira showed {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for queen high. Blumstein had {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for jacks up.

Hand #61: Blumstein made it 625,000 again and Richard Gryko defended the big blind. Gryko check-called an unknown amount on the flop, and the players checked through the turn and river as {4-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{k-Spades} hit the felt. Gryko's {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs} was a winner.
