Daniel Zhu Doubles Through Mike Gorodinsky

Level 13 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Matt Woodward raised in late position, Mike Gorodinsky called in the small blind, and Daniel Zhu came along in the big blind. These three players saw a flop of {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}, and all three checked.

On the {A-Hearts} turn, Gorodinsky checked, Zhu bet, Woodward folded, and Gorodinsky raised. Zhu called for his remaining 3,000 chips, and they showed down.

Zhu: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Gorodinsky: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

It was shaping up to be split, but the {6-Clubs} river gave Zhu a better two pair to go with his low, and he scooped the pot to double up.
