Issa Survives Early All-In

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

With around 5,000 in the pot and the board showing {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Spades} Woo Chun bet out 1,500 from the big blind before Paul Issa moved all in for his remaining 7,650 in chips from middle position. Chun called and the cards were tabled.

Paul Issa: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Woo Chun: {10-Spades}{9-Spades}

Issa was in trouble against Chun's flopped flush but would secure the double-up when the {4-Hearts} dropped on the turn giving him a full house. The meaningless {3-Hearts} completed the board and Issa raked in the pot.

Issa Picks Up Another

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

The player under the gun called before Paul Issa raised to 650 from middle position. The player on the button called as did the original limper.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and Issa bet out another 650 after the under the gun player checked. Both opponents called.

The turn brought the {7-Hearts} and a bet of 1,750 by Issa was only matched by the player on the button.

Both players then checked the {3-Spades} on the river before Issa tabled his {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} for a pair and the winning hand.
