Jun Wang raised to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Errolyn Strang in the big blind.

The flop came down {k-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Strang checked. Wang tossed out 15,000 in chips which had Strang covered.

She mucked leaving herself 12,000 behind. A few hands later Strang was spotted leaving the tournament floor after being eliminated from the event.

Wang is continuing his good form from three days ago where he captured his first WSOP gold circuit ring after taking out the $500 Opening Event.

Noel Jaber opened with a raise from middle position to 2,600 before action folded around to the cutoff where Jun Wang three-bet, making it 6,000. Action folded back to Jaber who called.

The flop was {K-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and Jaber checked it over to Wang. WAng put out a bet of 4,500 and Jaber quickly released allowing Wang to take down yet another pot.

Wang is the far and away chip leader at this point in the tournament with nearly 185,000 chips, closing in on the 200k mark.

Chew Takes From His Opponent

The player in the cutoff called as did George Mitri and Stevan Chew in the blinds.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and the blinds checked to the player in the cutoff who bet 3,000. Mitri folded. Chew called.

Both players checked the {7-Diamonds} on the turn before the {4-Hearts} completed the board. Chew fired out 3,500. He was called shortly after.

Chew then tabled {j-Clubs}{3-Hearts} for two pair and took down the pot after his opponent mucked his hand.

The flop came {9-Spades}{10-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and the action checked around to Mitri who bet 3,500. Only Asad called as the blinds got out of the way.

Both players checked the {a-Hearts} on the turn before the {8-Clubs} completed the board. Asad then moved all in for his last 19,100. Asad agonized over his decision for over a minute before reluctantly mucking his hand.

Tom Rafferty moved all in for around 16,000 in chips from the cutoff and was called by Jim Pizanias in the big blind.

Rafferty was in trouble until the flop came {j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} giving him the lead with a pair.

The {8-Spades} on the turn was safe for Rafferty has he only had to dodge the river to survive.

"Ace!" asked Pizanias, who's request was granted by the dealer, as the {a-Hearts} dropped on the river giving him the higher pair and the winning hand.
