Hand #26 - Linda Lee Doubles Through John Dwyer

Jesper Hougaard has the button in Seat 6. John Dwyer raises to 32,000, Linda Lee moves all in from the small blind for an additional 52,000 and Dwyer calls.

Dwyer {J-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds}

The flop is {J-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} {6-Spades}, Lee hitting the set of eights. The {9-Hearts} on the turn opens up a straight draw for Dwyer, but the river is the {4-Clubs} and Lee gets a much-needed double up to 150,000.

Out of the blue, and as the announcer is momentarily distracted, we encounter yet another all-in and a call. This time the aggressor is Ian Woodley, the Charlton man pushing his stack of circa 70,000 across the line from the button. Without too much hesitation, Jesper Hougaard makes the call from the small blind, and we have a showdown.

Hougaard = {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Woodley = {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

The {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs} deals Woodley a few more outs, but he doesn't look confident, grimacing slightly as he sits back in his seat. And he was right to be negative, as the {6-Hearts} turn left him drawing dead, before the formality of the academic {4-Hearts} on the river.

Woodley leaves to a nice ripple of applause.

John Dwyer has the button in Seat 4. Adam Junglen raises to 33,000. The action is folded around to Jesper Hougaard in the big blind who moves all in for an additional 138,000. After surveying Hougaard's stack and giving him the once-over, Junglen calls.
