It's so close to curtains for Tony Mackay now that he's tripping on the drawstring - after this hand against John Dwyer played out.

. Mackay took the role of the aggressor, confidently announcing all in. He couldn't have been called faster, or registered his displeasure with a resigned, "Oh, shit," faster. He showed {A-Spades}

but top pair was drawing totally dead against Dwyer's nut-tastic {K-Clubs}

. What could he say but, "Nice hand," as he watched his stack shrink to 2,000.
