Eames, Selbst and O'Shea

John Eames has just jokingly asked for his buy-in back after finding himself seated to the right of Pot Limit Omaha specialist John O'Shea and the greatest female poker player on the planet Vanessa Selbst. But it doesn't matter how good you are when you run into luck like this.

O'Shea raised to 100 on the button and Markus Zinniker defended his big blind. The flop was {J-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {2-Clubs} and Zinninker check-called a 125 O'Shea c-bet. The turnw as the {7-Diamonds} and Zinniker checked to the aggressor once more and he bet 350. This time Zinniker seemed to slow down and eventually he shrugged his frame and made the call. The last card to come out of th dealers hand was the {A-Diamonds} and Zinniker immediately perked up and bet 700 and O'Shea made the call.

We joined the action on a flop of {J-Hearts} {10-Clubs} {6-Spades} and the two parties in the hand were Juha Helppi (big blind) and Nicolas Chouity (button) and they both checked. The turn was the {9-Spades} and Helppi bet 200 and Chouity made the call. The river card was the {Q-Clubs} and Hellpi checked to Chouity who bet 450 and Helppi gave it some thought before surrendering his hand.

The WSOP Main Event final table is only weeks away and today we see four finalist battle it out in the Omaha tournament. Lamb is seated in the main room while Collins, O'Dea and Giannetti are in de second room all seated within three tables of each other.

Eoghan O'Dea already made the final table of the €5,300 PLO so he's having a good series while Giannetti managed to win a WPT just a couple of weeks ago. Let's see who can make another run for the big money!

There was 900 in the pot and a flop of {10-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {5-Clubs} and all the players checked. The turn was the {K-Spades} and Benjamin Pollak bet 500 from the small blind and Kevin MacPhee made the call in the cut-off. The river was the {6-Clubs} and Pollak checked to MacPhee who bet 1,200 from a stack of 2,500. Action back to Pollak and he check-raised to 3,500 and MacPhee was forced to fold his hand.
