Lalwani Jams Blind; Schmauch Busts

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante
Rakesh Lalwani
Rakesh Lalwani

Down to 6,800, Corentin Schmauch moved all in first to act and Dutch Boyd called on the dead button, the single big blind folded.

Corentin Schmauch: {A-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Dutch Boyd: {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}

The board came {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and the kicker played to eliminate Schmauch.

Two tables over, Rakesh Lalwani moved all in blind for what appeared to be 8,000 and was called two ways, by Bjoern Bouwmans and Mohame Lafchouch. The flop brought {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Michael Eiler joked to Lalwani "this might be a good flop for you."

Bouwmans moved all in and Lafchouch called instantly.

"You can turn them over now," Lalwani said to the dealer and his {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for two pair were exposed. Bouwmans had {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Lafchouch tabled his {K-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for the over pair. The {K-Spades} turn instantly locked up the double knockout, making the {8-Spades} river a formality.
