Sahin Doubles Through Delfoco

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Francesco Delfoco raised to 50,000 from under the gun, action folded to Asher Dahan in the small blind who threw in two 5,000-value chips without saying anything. The floor was called over to make the ruling but Roman Sahin shoved from the big blind. A discussion then ensued as Dahan claimed that he just completed his small blind and didn't mean to call the raise. The floor ruled that the 20,000 would stay in the pot and that Dahan had the option to fold or call the initial raise. Dahan folded and Delfoco made the call.

Roman Sahin: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Francesco Delfoco: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for Delfoco to hit a jack but the rest of the board was completed with the {7-Clubs} on the turn and the {8-Diamonds} on the river which didn't help him and Sahin doubled up.

Gremaud "Outplays" Kabrhel

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Christian Gremaud limped in from under the gun and Martin Kabrhel raised to 80,000 on the button. With the action back on Gremaud, he tanked for nearly three minutes having to endure the regular banter from Kabrhel.

"Don't do anything dumb," Kabrhel repeated over and over. Gremaud eventually re-raised to 385,000 which threw Kabrhel back into his seat. "That's a big raise," the Czech said. "I want to play post-flop, give you a chance to outplay me."

Kabrhel called and the flop fell {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. Kabrhel quickly checked and Gremaud moved all in, putting Kabrhel to the test for his remaining 195,000 chips. He gave it some brief thought but elected to lay his hand down. Gremaud showed {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} as he dragged in a hefty pot.

"Ace-jack offsuit? That's an excellent play," Kabrhel continued. "You outplayed me. And out-flopped me."

Just a few moments later, Kabrhel was seen at the payout desk after dusting off the last of his chips.

Mick Heder: {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}
Tornike Tchkonia: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}

The board ran out {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for Heder to hit a set on the turn to win a huge double-up.

Gatta Holds the Edge Preflop

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Nelio Gatta opened to 65,000 from early position and the action folded to the big blind who jammed all in for 290,000. Gatta asked for a quick count and then made the call.

Nelio Gatta: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

Gatta held the preflop advantage with the better kicker and the flop of {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} increased his odds even more. The {6-Clubs} on the turn left his opponent drawing to just three outs and the {9-Hearts} on the river was not one of them.
