Rezaei Busts Castro; Takes the Lead

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

On the flop of {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}, Daniel Rezaei bet the pot for 100,000 and Raffaele Castro gave it some thought, then moved all in for around 250,000 to see Rezaei call it off with the superior stack.

Raffaele Castro: {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Daniel Rezaei: {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

The {4-Hearts} turn and {4-Clubs} river let Castro initially celebrate, but Rezaei quickly pointed out that he had the superior full house. A devastated Castro shared the bad news in Italian with Ana Maria David and headed to the payout desk.

At the same time, Shaun Deeb took a hit to his big stack as Christian Teubner doubled through him. Deeb's cards were already in the muck and he paid off Teubner, who had hit a full house with {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades} on a board of {K-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{Q-Spades}.
